 Ann Sampson and Jill Walles, lifelong friends, decided to join forces in 2019. Both former independent Realtors and already acting as a team in many ways, we decided to make it official. We each come to the table with different strengths that happen to complement each other perfectly. We truly enjoy serving our clients and providing above bar service whether you are buying or selling. Our joint passion for small town and country living makes us uniquely suited for helping you find the perfect place away from the big city.  (And if you need to sell that place in the big city, we can help with that too!) Jill loves getting to know and understand our clients’ needs. She’s the “matchmaker” of the group and is relentless in her efforts in finding the perfect place.  Ann’s business law and paralegal background make her perfectly suited for contract writing, and she really knows how put all the pieces of the puzzle together for our clients.  As a team, we perfectly complement each other with our distinctive backgrounds and experiences to benefit YOU, our client.  Nothing makes us happier than a happy client.  We truly are BETTER TOGETHER! 

 A born and raised central Texas native, rancher, former restaurant owner and real estate investor turned Realtor, Ann is not your average agent! Her sales and negotiating experience come from 20+ years of buying properties, renovating and getting the maximum return for her investment. Her education background in business law and paralegal studies helps her understand and negotiate the best deal possible for her clients.  In 2019, she joined forces with her long-time friend and Realtor, Jill Walles.  They strive for the greatest home buying/ selling process and experience for their clients.  Ann’s favorite part of the job is helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She understands that the process of buying or selling real estate can be daunting, that’s why her unique background gives her an unparalleled advantage to understanding her clients’ needs.  When Ann’s not helping clients, you will find her on her ranch working with cattle, chickens, pigs, or gardening. And in her free time, she enjoys local live music and traveling with her husband and 4 children. 

 Born in the big city of Houston, but raised in a small central Texas town, Jill attended college at Schreiner University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with focus in Real Estate. She began her career as Main Street Manager where she worked in downtown revitalization, historic preservation and economic development with a 15 year stretch in graphic design, marketing, and social media management. She then went on to receive her real estate license and is a professional member of NAR, TR, ABOR and BCBOR. In 2019, she joined forces with her long-time friend and fellow Realtor, Ann Sampson. Together they strive for the greatest home buying/ selling process and experience for their clients. Jill’s favorite part of the job is getting to know people and what they want. She tirelessly hunts down the perfect place and loves making a match!  When Jill isn’t helping clients, she’s the busy band and sports mom of 4 great kids. She also enjoys all things creative whether it’s sewing, painting, cooking, etc. and date nights with her husband.
